All orders are lovingly and carefully packaged in a little spotty paper bag by hand before shipping.
Made From
Each decoration is laser cut in laser plywood and a loop of red ribbon added.
Each wooden decoration is finished with a loop of red ribbon and packaged by hand in Ren's home studio.
Do not wet the decoration or submerse in water.

Shipping
Orders are shipped twice a week, please allow for a minimum of 3 days for your order to leave us, then the relevant expected delivery times from Royal Mail.
Current postage rates can be found on my postage information page.
Shipping to America, Australia and Canada currently includes tracking which is why my postage charge is higher than previous years. Postage costs during the COVID-19 outbreak have also increased due to the increase in air freight charges Royal Mail are experiencing.
Due to the current delays in over seas mail to these countries I cannot guarantee your item will arrive by a set date. Estimates are currently 2 to 6 weeks. Please note with these timescales in mind over seas orders placed after the 31st of October are unlikely to arrive in time for the holiday season.
